A.A; this was a lengthy and complex matter involving numerous pre-trial motions and the cross-examination of multiple police officers, civilians, firefighters and a forensic accounting expert

JB – robbery with a firearm – client found not guilty after a trial that involved the cross-examination of multiple eyewitnesses, some of whom purported to identify or recognize the client

RB ­– murder - an extensive preliminary inquiry was conducted in order to lay a foundation for the defence at trial (client was later found not guilty after a trial conducted by a firm member)

JD - uttering death threats to police and possessing cocaine – client found not guilty after a trial in the Ontario Court of Justice; evidence excluded on the basis that police fabricated threats as a pretence to search the client
